Adult ADHD coaching- Specifically for parents of ADHD kids

Parenting can be extremely challenging; just when you think you have it figured out, your child grows and new challenges emerge. For parents with raising an ADHD child, this can render previous parenting knowledge seemingly irrelevant.

Before enrolling in any parenting classes, take time to understand your ADHD and how to manage its traits to better support your child.

My Adult ADHD coaching program is designed specifically for parents of children with ADHD. Together, we will examine your daily life and the impact of parenting on you. We'll identify your individual challenges and provide evidence-based information about ADHD.
